  • Staff can switch the TV input at any time using the normal remote.
    When they switch back, scanPlay reconnects and resumes automatically.

  • Do my employees have to run it?
  • No hosting or supervision is required.
    Customers scan, join, and teach each other how to play. Staff only use the remote if they want to restart the screen.

  • What happens if it freezes?
  • If the app stalls, one button on the supplied remote instantly restarts the screen and relaunches scanPlay.
    If the computer restarts, scanPlay launches automatically when it powers back on

  • What about internet or setup?
  • We install and configure the system on-site, test the network, and make sure everything runs before we leave.
    scanPlay only requires a normal business internet connection.

  • Who do I call if something goes wrong?
  • You contact us directly.
    Early venues have direct support by phone or text, and most issues can be fixed remotely.
